  • Role: Digital Learning and Innovation Specialist
  • Duration: 24 months
  • Duty Station: Trincomalee, with occasional travel to Colombo in Year 2

Requirements:

  • A Master’s degree in technology, education, business administration, management, or related fields.
  • Strong background in education, computer science, or EdTech, with excellent command of English.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of professional work in education with digital solutions.
    • Expertise in integrating technology in the learning process (ICT knowledge is a plus).
    • Proven track record working with government counterparts in Sri Lanka.
  • Skills:
    • Analytical capabilities to turn insights into action.
    • Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
    • Cultural sensitivity and collaborative teamwork abilities.

Languages:

  • English: Fluent (Required)
  • Sinhala: Fluent (Desirable)
  • Tamil: Fluent (Desirable)

Entitlements:

💸 Monthly Volunteer Living Allowance: LKR 166,368.41
💼 Entry Lump Sum: USD 400
🏖 Annual Leave: 2.5 days/month
👨‍👩‍👦 Family Benefits: Medical and life insurance (100% covered for 3 dependents).
👶 Maternity Leave: 16 weeks | Paternity Leave: 10 days
