📋 What We're Looking For:
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Ability to independently plan and execute trips.
✔ Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays.
✔ Experience in coordinating events or field trips (preferred).
✔ Capability to handle emergencies and make quick decisions.
✔ Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
✔ Knowledge of biodiversity (advantageous).
✔ First aid skills (a bonus).
